Snowing In Chicago is Dee Wright's first single from her forthcoming 2026 song cycle, Footprints - and is a finalist in the Talent Is Timeless Music Award 2025.
‘It’s a Christmas love story,' Wright explains. ‘It’s about being alone in a city, transformed by snowfall, and missing the most important person in your life'. The song captures those evocative winter vibes, showcasing Wright's powerful three-octave range. Described by Talent Is Timeless as having a ‘breathtaking fusion of sound’, Snowing In Chicago also features wonderful performances by Vicki Armstrong (backing vocals), Peter Cooley (guitar) and Rob Duguid (bass). The track was produced by Wright and mastered by Andy Shaw.
The stunning artwork for the single has been created by renowned artist, Lianne Issa.
